Bad app support
App is not good
This app Sucks
I already have an Aetna Health account, this app doesn’t recognize it at all. It still doesn't matter if I use my account ID, or use my SSN, or use my email address, or using my username ID in the registration of this application. I keep getting errors! So, I find this application useless to me well I guess I have to find my own care then. I strongly wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. It is a poorly designed and developed app. Nothing with the Aetna services comes easy without difficulties.

App not working
The app is not working using my email and password but is working at the Aetna Vision website. Very frustrating after uninstalling installing and reinstalling the app
Always need to sign in
I always need to sign in to this app. Does not matter if I do not use it for one day or one year. It’s an app, please allow it to stay signed in or use my face
Poor experience
Why do you have multiple apps for dental, vision and medical. Keep it simple and combine it into one app
