App not working
The app is not working using my email and password but is working at the Aetna Vision website. Very frustrating after uninstalling installing and reinstalling the app

I always need to sign in to this app. Does not matter if I do not use it for one day or one year. It’s an app, please allow it to stay signed in or use my face

Why do you have multiple apps for dental, vision and medical. Keep it simple and combine it into one app

Unable to login
I wasn’t able to log into this app using my webpage account. Each time I tried, I received error messages and password reset emails.

Oh my gosh, I actually didn’t expect to feel this good about my insurance benefits, but Aetna has made everything so easy to understand and use. From health to vision to dental, everything feels organized and accessible without a bunch of confusion or stress.
I was able to use my vision benefits so smoothly, and it honestly felt like the process just worked without me having to jump through hoops. The portal is clear, documents update quickly, and I actually feel like I know what’s going on with my coverage.
Shout out to all the wonderful, phenomenal, amazing provider staff across every category too—they’ve been kind, helpful, and supportive throughout my care. Also shout out to the member services at Aetna for being helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed support.
It just feels supportive, like I’m not fighting the system to take care of myself. I really appreciate that. I’m genuinely looking forward to choosing Aetna again with my next employer if I have the option.

App sucks. Pointless to have two separate apps
I’ve been unable to access my specific insurance information for my vision because the regular insurance app makes you download this one. Well this one refuses to accept any password, I’ve reset it MULTIPLE times at this point and it still continues to say password incorrect. I don’t understand why there needs to be two separate ones when one works perfectly fine.

The team fixed an ish with the app not working and reached out to let me know off my review. App seems to be working just fine now with their newest patch.
Not user friendly
I just want to know what contact places are in network and they make it very difficult

As of the newest update, the app just crashes constant. Restarted phone and reinstalled app fully.

Can’t register 🙄
This is very annoying. I am tech savvy, and I’ve tried to register several times, but now after seeing all of the other reviews, that is a common problem. I’ve tried registering several old times and it just won’t do it. It’d be nice to be able to look at my benefits. Do better !
Great Coverage for the Price
Aetna never fails, this Insurance allow me to have great coverage for a reasonable price.

App Doesn’t work
I just got switched to your vision plan and had to download this app. It won’t even open. I have an iPhone 12 and every time I click the app it acts like it’s taking me into and then clears the screen and right back to the home page. My system is what your app page states it has to be for it to operate.

Member Benefit information
I have insurance I’m noted under my husband as a dependent but not even your customer service could find me yet I show on his app under dependent and NOT ONE place can find me so we are paying for a service that has not been able to be used or rectified for two years. Unacceptable
