The apps provided for retired employees are very good for both RX and Medical. I do wish that the $800 MRA was automatic.

Bad update doesn’t recognized the log in or password every time erases all the info

I have never seen an app of any kind that spends more time down for maintenance and updates.
I can’t enter data at least a couple of times a month on average.
When it works, it’s pretty good. It’s just the “when it works” part that’s a pain in the neck.

Features Not Working
Find a doctor, cost estimator, and leave feedback feature are not working in the app.
Sloppy records and information integration
I have successfully submitted reimbursement for premiums paid to Medicare Plan B multiple times. Now the claim was denied inexplicably and I am locked out of the “Health Equity”site. Seems Health Equity is not very efficient now. I’ll look for another supplement insurance after being with Blue Cross for 30 years.

I enjoy filling out the daily incentive plan. It keeps me engaged with my daily workouts. Getting paid to workout is great.

App will not open. I’ve deleted it and reloaded it and it still won’t work. All my other apps work just fine.
Assessment
I have no way of knowing if I finished it because on the last item I was on, I couldn’t get to the bottom of the screen to push next and I haven’t gotten my plan so it would be nice if someone would help me with that
My 365 Deals
My 365 Deals is part of the incentives of the fepblue app. It’s very difficult to navigate. I can’t even get the full page to view the 365 Deals. I wish that someone would review it so members could access a full page instead of a small square in the middle of the page. Thank you, hopefully!

Add apple health data
I love that you can connect certain fitness devices to this app for health tracking. I wish there was a way to add Apple Watch data, as this could potentially automatically add my steps etc

The app itself works pretty well, but it seems like it’s CONSTANTLY down for maintenance or updates. I think it’s been down three days this month.

Works sometimes
Inconvenient maintenance and sometimes doesn’t work at all. When completing daily habits it is easy to get off track every weekend. The app will be down, or the app will bot respond.
Wonderful site
Appreciate reminders and tips. Have numerous health option. Also the earn up to 120 is nice benefit.
Notifications issues
This app suffers from typical notification issues: Reset all settings on a device turns off all notifications. Every app has to ask AGAIN to turn on notifications. If the app doesn’t ask, then notifications won’t turn on unless the app is deleted and reinstalled. This app will send you to the settings for the app but there’s no option to turn notifications back on since the app hasn’t asked. 😔
