Worst app - website ever made
Tried both with the app and website using multiple browsers. Every time I tried to make an account, it came back with “An error has occurred during the processing of your registration.” Someone told me it might be related to password criteria? That’s fine - but why doesn’t it list the criteria if so? Why the generic response if that’s the case? Who’s designing this app / website should be replaced. I can’t imagine anyone being successful. Sometimes, you need to spend a little to save a little.

Absolutely useless
I have been unable to log in for months. I’ve tried everything to remedy this, and have even reached out to with the “contact us” form and there’s been no response. I wish I could give this zero stars.
Useless App
App doesn’t work at all. Pretty sure they just have it to check a box nothing works can’t even login to the app. What a mess of a system which is strange because the healthcare app works just fine. Don’t even waist your time with this app.
Don’t get this insurance
App hasn’t worked for years and they refuse to fix anything about it. They don’t care about their customers, only their money.
