Login via app. Then they still require your insurance ID & more including social security —# to ask a general question. It’s a hassle.

Was trying to login to my account while at my dentist appointment and had to wait for 10 minutes to get the required code to sign in. Why does my dental insurance need a code to see my group number.

Knocked off a point for not supporting zoomed display mode. Only supports default, which older people like me can’t use as we can’t see the buttons.
Because of that you can’t even log in, as someone else has already reviewed. The web form for input overlaps the submission button so the 2FA code can’t be completed.

Double Authentication
With the new double authentication I can’t sign in. Name and password enter well but when I enter the code the keyboard is in the way of the verify button.
Unable to confirm dual authentication
Successfully put my user name and password into app on my iPhone but I’m unable to push the verify button once putting authentication code in as it’s blocked by keyboard. Ugh
Out of network
Does not pay partial to out of network. That is poor care. Dental procedures are not always planned.
Can’t add card to Apple Wallet
The app fails with an error every time I try to add the card to Apple Wallet. Support says this is a known issue, but they still haven’t fixed it.
They just want your money
Like every other insurance company, they do anything to take your money. For example, they refuse to provide an EOB that actually tells you what’s covered and what’s not. The EOB you can access on the app is NOT comprehensive. (Fluoride is under preventative services, but what they don’t tell you is that it’s only considered preventative for minors.) It’s hardly realistic to have to call the insurance company and ask about every benefit and what’s covered when you see the dentist because Beam will not be transparent about what they actually cover. It’s just their way of taking your money because something is literally under preventative services but apparently it’s not actually considered preventative.

You make it really difficult to file a claim with the level of detail suggesting you don’t want to pay according to terms of coverage.
Provider’s information
Every provider information that I have pulled up so far has been wrong. Addresses, phone numbers, providers, whether or not in network, ect. I have been sitting here now for 4 hours having to find all of this information myself because literally EVERYTHING on the app is wrong. Thanks for wasting my time! Don’t offer families info if it’s all wrong and you don’t know what you’re talking about.

Apple Wallet Broken
Cannot add insurance cards to Apple Wallet, it just outputs an error message.
Not a great app
Each person on the account shares the same login and things are broken like Apple wallet integration.

Doesn’t load info properly
The app tells me it cannot load my insurance details and will not let me add a digital ID card to Apple Wallet. However, when I log in I am able to see my entire plan but the main screen still shows the error.
Broken with the latest update
My beam app has stopped syncing with my brush since the latest update.
App is hard to navigate
Hard to navigate. Followed all the instructions and selected the “complementary” set of Bluetooth brushes two months ago and have yet to receive them. I can find where I selected the colors we want, but can’t find anything saying they have actually shipped, or will ever actually ship.
