Money on top of money
Meru Health was listed as a park under my CIGNA healthcare website so I thought that it would be discounted or complementary instead although I already pay an insane deductible and a high monthly cost I wanted to charge over 200 to have an intake and then over 300 per month. This is all on top of my already overpriced healthcare.

Best app ever!!!
I was referred through my pcp’s office and it was the best thing they could’ve ever done for me! Better than any prescription! It gives you tools and techniques, things we may have not otherwise done on our own to help manage what we can do to help ourselves! This is huge for me! I started a few weeks ago and I can honestly say I feel more progress with this app than the other therapy modalities I have tried. Bela, my coach, is amazing! She listens, she is kind, she is very knowledgeable! All in all give this app a chance. It is worth the time you will spend on it. Best holistic approach to caring for my health that the doctors ever offered.

Not helpful and dumbed down if you already have basic knowledge of these concepts
Unfortunately, I found the app and support too basic and general for my needs. The assessments were also superficial, giving one a false sense of progress or improvement. The quizzes after each video were superficial progress b no markers that offered no reflection, but rather check box. In fact, I rarely ever watched the videos and still sneered every question correctly because I’ve already learned these concepts through other work or they were obvious. The coach/therapist didn’t really care about my specific needs or reasons for being on the app and was more concerned with me checking the box by watching irrelevant videos to my needs and completing the superficial self assessment

It has been impossible to have a conversation with support, they do not answer the basic questions I ask, and automatically close the thread even if I am responding. No idea what the copay is and they can’t seem to tell me.
