Frustrating
The docs are great for the most part. But the app itself is not even remotely user friendly. If you have a regular doc under one of the specialist areas, there is supposed to be a follow up button where you can message them if there is an issue with medication or something, but sometimes the button just isn’t there. Try to send them an image they asked for? Good luck! You can try to upload it to your medical info but that doesn’t guarantee they will be able to see it.

Worthless app when you need it most
No tech support and inaccessible when you actually need to use it. Beyond frustrating.
Terrible Service
I have previously had swiftMD who was excellent at prescribing antibiotics and actually treating issues. So far used this service 3 times and all 3 wouldn’t even prescribe antibiotics offered over the counter options. Why am I paying for this. Will try to cancel through Employer.
Quick, easy, accurate
Doctor responded immediately, was kind & efficient. I appreciated his insight. It was helpful being able to speak with a doctor “live” and it saved me an unnecessary sick appt with my pcp.
App and website support not working.
Ongoing issues with this app in the website. Just check other recent reviews honestly, I don’t think their customer support or the company actually cares about their patients
Horrific customer service with horrific program
This is hands down the worst telehealth company I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is poorly trained, and every time I call I get different (and usually wrong) information. I haven’t been able to log into my account for days, and it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone who actually knows what they’re doing.
When I finally got an appointment, I sat in the virtual lobby for 45 minutes before it was canceled. Then I found out providers often don’t even join the calls. To make it worse, they call from blocked numbers, so if your phone filters those, you’ll never even get the call.
I’ve spent over two hours just trying to get a basic appointment. Absolutely horrific customer service.

Horrible now
Always has technical issues. I could not even do my counseling appointment last week because we couldn’t connect on the app. It constantly crashes and has errors not letting me update medical information. Now for the last month it says I have 18 missed messages.

Unusable app, disappointing
I’ve used this service since 2023 and while it is a super useful service that my insurance offers, it’s simply unusable. There was one version that released that meant I couldn’t even open the app. The current version doesn’t let you respond to providers proposed dates, it also doesn’t show previous providers you’ve seen, provide any of the features shown in the App Store description (despite it being offered through my insurance), doesn’t reflect the correct time or date for received messages from providers or one you send yourself. The list goes on i think the app needs a complete overhaul.

No way to login, no way to reset
Total disaster of a system, much like our healthcare in America. What else would you expect from an insurance company that makes more money from less care?
Last HY doctor
The last HY doctor or provider did not seem to be concerned about my complaints and only prescribed a nasal spray and an inhaler. Clearly if I’m coughing up green and bloody phlegm, I should have been given something for infection. I don’t recommend HY unless you only need a bandage or a glass of water.

Not user friendly
I have spent too much time trying to submit my appointment request. First said I was ineligible, then wouldn’t upload pictures. Also can’t get past submitting appointment with adding pictures to medical info to try to bypass the downloading. This was supposed to be the easier option and it was not.
Horrible
I use to see a therapist on this app and had to leave because the app was unusable. It would constantly crash, when I would try to schedule appointments it would give me server errors, it would sometimes show my appointment at incorrect times and sometimes it wouldn’t show them at all. It’s been over a year with these issues still persisting. Would not recommend.
