I love it! I was able to do everything through a video visit, saving time, and since I was sick, I didn't want to go to the doctor. No energy at all to drive.

The physicians and specialists are AMAZING!! They are professionals who are attentive in listening and discovering your needs and helping in every way they can and offer a variety of alternatives if needed!!! They are extremely helpful!! You won’t go wrong with them!
All around horrible company and app
The app locks up all the time cause ppl to miss their appointments and even if you call during the appointment time and tell them of the issue they mark it as a missed appointment and charge you a fee for missing it do to their app… customers service will not help or notify the provider of the issues or concerns… they don’t care if you miss important medication or care about you or your mental health… your just a number and a dollar sign to them… no one keeps this company accountable
