Asked Her To Be My Primary Care Doc
The doctor was so thorough and offered suggestions on how to control my issue without medication. She did write the prescription but I will try the other suggestions to see if those help. She was wonderful!
Horrible service
Recently was running low on medication and had the pharmacy attempt to authorize a refill through MD Live’s pharmacy # but there was no response for nearly a week; I attempt to schedule an appointment in the morning for a call in the afternoon but the appointment never get scheduled, then I try to schedule an urgent care and e-visit in the afternoon but none of the a scheduling works, I end up having to call the support number to get an appointment where the provider doesn’t even see the information that has been provided. If you have a choice, use an different tele-health provider, MD Live has been nothing but a headache from day 1, it was just dangerously bad in the last week, if I could give zero stars I would.

Great option for the day to day needs
MDLIVE has really helped me. It is nice having access to healthcare I would otherwise put off. The doctors are personable and supportive. They are fully qualified to take care so many things.
