Great therapist
I love my therapist. She is so personable and able to talk about anything. Jocelyn Johnson is nonjudgmental and directs in the right thinking and action, with small directing that is not intimidating. She helps me stay on track and develop my coping skills to reduce anxiety and depressive episodes. I hope she is available for a very long time.

Will not make appointment freezes.
Everytime I try and make an appointment it freezes. When I try to resume it won’t press the button.
No bias
Legitimately awful app, I mean so hard to navigate also just a scam $65 dollars saying I have a common cold and clearly have white spots in my throat which is clearly strep throat, and then had to get passed around ai calls forever to finnally get anything close to done. Not a legitimate things, pls look for a different way to find Medicare.

I had a great experience with MDLIVE when I needed quick care for a bad sinus infection. The app is very simple to use. I got an appointment within 30 minutes on a Saturday. The doctor was kind, listened well, and sent my prescription right to my local pharmacy. It saved me a long trip to urgent care. Highly recommended for busy people!"

The doctor was so thorough and offered suggestions on how to control my issue without medication. She did write the prescription but I will try the other suggestions to see if those help. She was wonderful!
Horrible service
Recently was running low on medication and had the pharmacy attempt to authorize a refill through MD Live’s pharmacy # but there was no response for nearly a week; I attempt to schedule an appointment in the morning for a call in the afternoon but the appointment never get scheduled, then I try to schedule an urgent care and e-visit in the afternoon but none of the a scheduling works, I end up having to call the support number to get an appointment where the provider doesn’t even see the information that has been provided. If you have a choice, use an different tele-health provider, MD Live has been nothing but a headache from day 1, it was just dangerously bad in the last week, if I could give zero stars I would.
