I like getting medical help but the app itself is a buggy mess
This app has constant issues for me from not being able to join sessions to not being able to schedule them
Useless Service
Does not work. Arrived early for my appointment, filled out their form, entered the waiting room. 20 minutes later appointment cancelled. Called for help and was blown off. Will not use again.
Server error
Being in pain trying to resolve server error while trying to save does bot deserve higher ratings. No way user can start the session as error "server error" persists and block user from to get in queue.
Bad service & bad app design
They listed a Fake pharmacy as a real one, charged me 2 times for one visit, sent my prescription to a not real non functioning pharmacy with a non functioning phone number and then refused to help me when I called and emailed and never responded. Worst service ever.
Good doctors, poor customer service
If you want to verify your information with an ai you are in luck. Because you’ll do that first before talking to a person who, you guessed it, will verify your information again. Then, because they can’t solve your problem, will put you on hold for a different department. Again, you will have to verify your information with another ai, gosh isn’t this fun so far? Only to verify yourself with another person, who also can’t solve your problem. But funny enough, the billing department can send you a bill but when you call them to talk about it your account won’t exist in their system! Never mind that you just verified its existence four times!! Such a fun rollercoaster to ride, I couldn’t recommend it less actually!

They knew of ADHD time management skills and they said sorry I don’t know. Lots of
Them cancel the sessions while you are waiting for one. If you get a session you are rushed and the session will be cut off immediately before you even get your 30 mins worth. The good therapists have no availability so you can’t ever see one! I was crying and the lady didn’t do anything just said well it’s up to you if you want another session. Mental health platform is useless! Unprofessional! Very unhappy customer! Fed up with this platform!

Love Teladoc
I love Teladoc they help with everything
Even more confusing update
I previously wrote about how Teladoc forced all of its users to switch to this app from Livongo but failed to include the data they collected from our devices so we had an ongoing health record. Discovered today after receiving an email (not a help desk email—they are not helpful and don’t seem to know the answer to where this information lives themselves) with my weekly snapshot and clicking on a button in that email actually allows me to view my data. I was excited! However after leaving that page to go to the home page and clicking on every single button on every single screen in the app I found that this data is not accessible in any other way. Seems like this one was half-assed and not ready for the conversion.

Very helpful
The app is easy to use. The interface is easy to follow and its front and center if you need to schedule something like an appointment.
Provider hung up on me
Having an issue with a bite and was trying to get follow up care the provider asked why I was asking for help then hung up. Would love if someone could review that call.
Fast service, but rude physicians
I am satisfied with how quickly I am able to receive care- that’s great for the most part and I usually receive excellent service! The last two calls, one with a nurse practitioner who was supposed to put me in the queue but instead marked my visit as complete, preventing me from getting actual care for the next 24 hours because I was unable to furnish a picture without hanging up. Next medical issue came with help from a Dr. who must get flack for working on Teladoc and HAD to EMPHASIZE x10 that he knew how to treat my tooth concern as I was attempting to explain why 1 antibiotic historically worked better for me than what is typically prescribed. These last two providers were rude enough to merit this review as well as for me to find alternative routes of care that my insurance covers. Do better TelaDoc!

Total garbage!!!
This is a scam and I would NOT do it again. I plan to send this scale back! Won’t sync or allow us to sign into the app. My husband and I have both tried. The app completely glitches and blanks out and crashes. Totally worthless!

Not helpful
What’s the point of online appointments if they just tell you to come in person?
Not working and withholding my insurance coverage because of it.
I have to use this app to track activities to keep coverage for meditation or pay full price. The page that gives you back information says it updates within 24 hours. It took 4 days to update and only captured 1 of the 5 days of information. The app logs show the data but the clearing page lies. I spend more time fighting to get my already pre authorized medication for the covered price because of these tasks and reporting bugs with the app than I do working out. This is 3 out of 6 months of failure on the app.
Watch you logs and take pictures so you can prove to the non-medical App tech support that the app is stopping you from getting medication.

Beyond Rude Dr
This Dr. was beyond condescending and rude. I would give a 0 out of 5 stars if I could.
Livongo worked, this doesn't
The one thing I need it to do is share my blood glucose readings with the Health app. It doesn't. Instead, it would prefer to pull data toward it. Not helpful and rather heavy-handed. Livongo was more considerate. It's not even possible to export my history. Teledoc acts like that data is theirs.
Frustrating and a waste of money
I really wish this company would tell you what they can treat over the phone. The last two times I’ve called, after the expensive payment to speak to an NP, I’ve been redirected to an in person physician. I’ve wasted $180 on two appts and then had to go pay for the in person dr too. I will not be recommending this service to anyone
