I’m sick of having to ‘transfer’ my own information over. On top of that it doesn’t even work anyway. I’ve been at it for 2 days. I know how to do this stuff usually. I’m locked out currently. If this was important I wouldn’t have service?! That’s kinda outrageous.
Trying for over 2 hours for a phone call with a provider for constant runny stools
Excellent help
I would rate this app as a 5 except for the fact that I cannot export data from it, such as weight and BP, into the Apple Health app. It sure would be nice to have all of my health data in one app. This app can import some data from the Health app but not enough to be useful.
I have had great and better than waiting room service using teledoc.
Wonderful visit with the doctor. Excellent bedside manner! Very grateful
I called for chest pain, coughing, wheezing, runny nose, and all the doctor advised was cough medicine, an inhaler, and mucinex. Complete waste of money
Most convenient
So easy and such great doctors to help.
Instead of going without I’ve decided to give this a chance let’s see how it goes ;) so far there on point
So called “doctors” who refuse to treat you. This app and their medical people are a joke. I can see why they work here.
I had a phone appointment and the lady was so rude and she was so help at all it’s Saturday and I know my doctor is close and she’s telling me I know I need to go see an eye doctor
Highly recommend this doctor and Teledoc for convenient care.
Dr Franks was incredibly helpful and understanding of my situation. There was very little wait time and he took the time to hear what I had to say and help me find the best solution to start feeling better. Thank you so much Dr Franks!
Every time I open this app, it says there is an error and to check back soon. I have been checking for updates because these things happen. After the last update I started getting a better looking error message.
I appreciate the doctors on relative when I can’t see my doctor they bring me relief and help me get well! Highly recommend the doctors!
App not user friendly
The app works really well with the connected devices Teladoc supports for blood pressure monitoring, weight management, etc. The one thing I’d like to see if the ability for the app to share blood pressure readings with the Apple Health app. Currently the app only shares basic information. I use the Apple Health app as my one-stop shop for all my health information. It would be great to have my blood pressure information from the Teladoc Health app sync with the Apple Health app. I currently have to manually enter it to share with my doctor.

The doctor was very informative, laid things out in a very understanding way, and you could tell his ultimate goal was to get me better as quick as possible.
Was forced into Teladoc from Livongo and the told I was wasn’t covered but I had been in Livongo. Teladoc is glitchy requiring multiple tries to successfully open each time.
