Can’t get into my account

I’ve tried for over a month to get into my account and I’m still not able to. I’ve lost my UHC allowance because of this and I’m guessing I’m going to lose it for this month because no one seems to know how to fix it. To say I’m upset with this is an understatement. When they are working right why change them. Never had a problem till last month. Now I’m losing benefits because of it.
