Lacking Rx #s, Medical claims lacking Dr names
It was extremely time consuming to verify that Walmart was only paid for Rx purchased because there weren’t any Rx #s associated with each claim.
The Medical claims are lacking Dr names, facility names. The claims don’t look anything like the Medicare’s claims so I couldn’t verify that they match & which have been paid. I couldn’t identify valid charges for which I’m obligated.

Agents when needed are courteous & knowledgeable re whatever situation I need info on.
I have benefited from practically $0 medications costs; no Co-Pays only when specialists are needed; 28 prepared meals benefit as a result of hospital & rehab discharge; and love the daily physical activity tracker which I can accumulate $10 monthly towards OTC Purchases etc.

Chat lags, plan approved meds denied by pharmacy
I can’t EVER get plan approved meds filled by the pharmacy because apparently they’re incorrectly listed in this app. Doctors listed in this app also don’t accept this insurance but no one UPDATES their information. This app is basically useless.
