Bar code scanner not accessible.
I’ve had the U card since July 2026, so about two and a half months. I was told to use The Who $331 for groceries and utilities. Well, the first month I’m willing to say I didn’t know how to use the app very well. I was a little better in August. We’re now in September and there must’ve been some kind of update(?) because I was just at my preferred grocery store and I couldn’t even find the bar code scanner to check whether the items I wanted were approved or not. I spent half an hour on the phone while I was transferred from one AI to another with each one saying I was being transferred to a human. That never happened, so I “carefully “ shopped and ended up owing .73 in taxes. I haven’t heard back from any UHC customer support. Shame on you!

Unable to find information
Something has happened to this app that has now impeded me in obtaining information that I just looked at yesterday and there is no directions on how to get that information. There was no notification that this was going to happen so I’m totally stunned and extremely frustrated about it. Help!
