I did a cost estimate and was told that it would cost $211. I then got a bill for $1475. When I called they said it was just an estimate and closed my appeal
Saying products are approved for purchase with benefits, when they are not. And having login issues.
Exelente
Out of $71.20 it only paid $10.07
Horrible horrible experience, yall should not exist. Both appointments were canceled because providers did not show, and then tech team and customer support blamed my connection, when they admitted sometimes their drs don't show up for their appointments. What a waste of 2 hours of my time!!!
Cant get a hold of anybody on the phone. Or can I get the info from this app. Not happy
I can’t wait to switch out of this company
I get really frustrated. Their app is poor and if you try to speak with a representative you wait forever even on the chat area of the app. I pay $1000 a month with a $16000 max. Despite paying my personal deductible I still pay for all office visits.
I’m very pleased & blessed to receive this help every month from United Healthcare. Tk yall
If you do not have a full UHC health plan, do not even bother downloading the app. I have only a vision plan through my job and I can never get to what I need once logged in. I have to keep relogging in and end up not having access to what I need. I can only get what I need via a computer. Useless.

I have been continually frustrated that practically every provider I locate in the app turns out to be not a provider in network and I find this out only after I visit. There are zero chiropractors in network as well.
I have had the best experience with Dr. Coppin and his entire staff.
Worthless app and website. Provider search is a waste of time
My Debit UHC card does not work.
I use the scanner to make sure the product is approved for purchase and it will show me that it is approved with the (Green) approval message, yet when I go to check out, it is not covered. This is very frustrating and happens on a regular basis, please help fix this.
Hard to find urgent cares that are still open and have working phone numbers. I think that section needs to be checked and updated frequently.
Bought items with card or so I thought. But when I came back for confirmation, they weren’t. Back to square one.
Excellent is all I can say about this app
FaceID constantly has to be “re-enabled” with this app. I can login one day and the next day, it has been disabled and I have to manually login and re-enable ID. Nothing changed on my phone and no other apps have any issues with FaceID.
My plans and benefits are great for my age and need, but the United healthcare app is truly benifitting to anyone who’s covered by Uhc
