App was working great until the latest update. Nothing will load now.
Keep me logged in
Logs me out if im away too long from the app(maybe 2 minutes minimum before logout) even when the wait times are 30-45 minutes (i waited for nearly 3 before seeing someone) . Even when i remained on the app it also logged me out after my phone turned off from waiting in queue for so long .

Included health has made it easy and convenient to do any urgent care appointments or primary care appointments. They are quick to get you in and scheduled and on your way with your meds or any referrals needed

Better than sliced bread
NP Heather is the best! It took longer to answer the questionnaire than the appointment! I will recommend to my peers! I have referred 2 people so far! Thanks to my handsome hubby, who uses it, to have me use it!
Beyond benefits
I am so thankful for this benefit offered through my husband’s employer. It gives us a place to start without having to call or chat. It helps us find benefits and services outside of what is provided by our medical insurance including receiving money back! If offered—take it!!

Used to be great, urgent care is a mess
I thought by making an appointment for later I’d be in a good place. I see some providers here monthly and that experience is awesome. They’re reliable, kind, and good practitioners.
I made an appointment for 10pm, and the provider was seeing another patient for 25 minutes beyond my scheduled time which would have been fine. He just logged off, and there was no option to get help sooner for them canceling. I had to ‘talk to’ AI and upload photos all over again. 70 minutes later and it just says I’m next when it says 10-20 minutes wait times. Just be honest, and if a provider can’t make it, put the patient toward the top of the queue for your inconvenience.

This is an easy to use and convenient app. I love being able to book different aero when needed and having my family’s care managed in one central location.
Pray it works when you need it
Every single time we try to join an appointment the call ends immediately, and there is ZERO way to rejoin. Their support is absolutely useless. They’ve known about this issue for MONTHS and done NOTHING to address it.

Included Health is a game changer. Having the ability to contact a provider over telehealth makes life so much easier. It saves time it helps me get my medicine in an efficient and effective way. Highly recommend using Included Health. All of their providers have been fantastic.
Completely useless
Complete sham app, doesn’t do much except redirecting you to install more apps. Prescriptions only show up after approval, medications requests require OptumRx app, managing health insurance requires blueprint portal. Current claims won’t be seen until they are approved. This app is a classic example of corporate greed that overtakes health industry
