Easy process
I wish it was something that could be done all the time because trying to talk to doctors in my area, it seems their compassion is overwhelmed by the amount of people that come in through the doors. A lot of people should know more about this.

As a mom of three, having this service available from the comfort of our home is absolutely amazing! I pay the same small copay as I would to go to a normal doctor visit . The closest urgent care is 40 minutes away and no telling how long I’d sit in a waiting room to be treated. To be able to get home after work and get myself and my kids treated immediately is phenomenal! I cannot recommend this app and service enough. Every physician we have ever been treated by has done an amazing job listening to our symptoms, concerns and has not once mistreated any of us. I just got UTI meds for my 5 year old without having to take an entire day off work and expose her to much worse in an er or urgent care waiting room! Love this app!!

Don’t fall for this scam
Just like every healthcare service, they’re just here to take your money. Don’t fall for the misleading advertisements on the app such as “no cost” or “covered by your insurance.” Also, most visits last less than 2 minutes and leave you with no help and a massive bill. Go see a real doctor, not some outsourced medical provider who barely speaks English.

The doctor was excellent. She listened carefully to all of my symptoms related to my severe back pain, asked thoughtful questions to fully understand what was going on, and made me feel heard throughout the visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and even asked if I needed a doctor’s note for work. I really appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and thorough care. Highly recommend!

This service is worth every penny. I have insurance not accepted, and I still just pay for the service. Hina was awesome, ever time they are awesome. So grateful for this service.
Great experience
First time using the service and needed a virtual doctor asap for an earache. The setup was easy, finding and booking a doctor was easy, the doctor was on time and thoroughly addressed my symptoms and prescribed a treatment. Total time was 7 minutes and felt completely satisfied with the service.
Bad
The customer service is a joke. They take weeks to reply. Literally. For a medical app, that's pathetic. Also, while I have my insurance info entered, the app won't let me book a mental health appointment because I'm not covered. But, I pay out-of-pocket for those anyway, so why doesn't it let me do that? I have to delete my insurance information to make a Mental health appointment and then add my insurance back if I wanna make an urgent care appointment.

Can’t give antibiotic script for strep anymore
I’m a busy mom and I work. I used to use this app for when I was sick so I could keep working and doing my thing instead of waiting hours at the dr. Fast forward to today and I’m pretty sure I have strep. Filled out the form, sent in pics and then waited for over an hour to be told “we can no longer provide antibiotics for strep”. The rules have changed apparently. I go to my pcp for maintenance and life, I went to dr on demand for little illness. Don’t waste your time.

Convenient but unreliable
I used this app for convenience. The visit was quick and pretty efficient at first. Then my pharmacy didn’t receive my prescription until 13 hrs. It was closed by the time went to pick up my prescription. Once I tried to pick it up, it wasn’t ready due to the provider’s incomplete order. I’m now waiting for response. I understand they have 24 hrs to respond and send information but it’s really not so convenient is it now. Will not be using this service again.

Service exceptional. App needs work.
The virtual on demand service for urgent care needs is amazing. I’ve also used the therapy service. Everyone I have seen has been pleasant and caring. I love that my insurance covers my visits. The interface of the app is great. It’s intuitive, super easy to use, and fast to set up an appointment. The only negative is that once I’m in the live video appointment the app glitches and lags. It gets the job done but it’s annoying.

Recent app glitch ?
Phenomenal all , but right now it’s glitching horrendously. Just loading and letting me log in. I checked my WiFi , reset my router, I redownloaded the app, I even upgraded my phone and nothing seems to be working. Lovely app but if there is a glitch right now please fix it.
