I was treated with the utmost respect, and he listened, but you know nowadays a lot of doctors don’t listen to you. in doctors offices you feel like you’re going through a cattle brigade in and out really quick barely listen to you... DoctorWest made me feel very heard and promptly responded to my healthcare needs. This was a very pleasant experience. And I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Don’t waste your time, I wasted 6
Waited hours “in line” only to be kicked during the 2 min the app was off. Waited another two hours to get connected, the providers service sucked and the call dropped. Still no treatment. Scheduled an appointment and waited for 2 more hours for the Dr to no show me. Dr on Demand sucks. Take your business to Amazon or Teladoc

Buggy nightmare app with fake reviews
Trying to schedule urgent Virtual care and this buggy app is not loading. I had another one star review, but apparently it was deleted. The only way this app is rated so highly is they delete and filter out a lot of the unpleasant reviews.
Also scheduling urgent care visits for the next available appointment, it will say a 15 minute estimate. I waited for over an hour and did not get moved in queue. I’ve never had this issue with Teladoc so I’ll be moving my services there as this platform is unreliable, especially if you have anything urgent you need assist with.
This app sometimes works, but it’s buggy and slow.

App itself is good. Team supporting the company is disappointing
My dr ordered standard lab tests and when I showed up to the facility the lab never received them . I had to the contact support number and when I did this they assured me the lab would receive. When I showed up again the lab didn’t have my orders . I contacted this company a third time , and then contacted the lab directly because at this point I didn’t trust dr. On demand to get the job done . The lab told me it was missing a requisition for the order ( which is standard practice when sending orders for labs ) my experience with the 6+ different customer support agents with dr on demand was disappointing. Maybe they are outsourcing too much of the work- or maybe I’m speaking with ai .

App doesn’t load properly
App doesn’t completely refresh, the main button/ links constantly refresh and unable to connect. So unable to access any service. The help message tool is AI , so that works as well as expected- it doesn’t

Service has dramatically changed
I have been a loyal and happy user of Dr on Demand for years. However, recent appointments were lacking. They seem to have been acquired by another corporation and the level of healthcare is minimal. The final straw was this weekend when I logged in for care. Was told it was a 45-60 minute wait. 90 minutes later I had not been seen and the time was not progressing. Mutiple calls to customer service resulted in only “the app must be down.” I was told I had to wait until the next day to be seen. When I was finally seen, the care provider was dismissive and offered no real care. Beyond frustrating experience. I recommend users find another service. Don’t be fooled by the high rating. All of the previous good years have averaged them up. They don’t deserve a 4.9 anymore.

The worst possible customer support
This app would be great if customer support was even a thing. I’ve been overcharged 3 times now and never has anyone helped. I am currently on day 30 of “we will let you know in 7-14 days”.

I absolutely love Dr On Demand app! I was told that the weight would be 10 to 20 minutes, but I only waited about five minutes. The doctor was very thorough and took her time and the knowledge that she provided was great. she took her time and answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. I would definitely recommend Dr On Demand app.
