民情e点通是一款为杭州市望江街道打造的，面向民情收集、居民互助、商圈折扣、资讯推送的手机App应用。目前发布的版本包含“身边”与“应用”两大版块。“身边”向市民推送生活资讯、活动公告等，“应用”则包含了各种互动应用模块，包括“我来爆料”、“爱心接力”、“积分兑换”、“天天折扣”等模块。市民可以通过“我来爆料”反映居民小区内的问题，通过“爱心接力”为社区中比较困难的居民献出一份爱心，参与社区组织的公益活动并获得积分，通过“积分兑换”将“爱心接力”中获得的积分进行实物或线下服务的兑换，通过“天天折扣”获取周边商圈的打折信息。
