Worst App Ever

This app is an embarrassment to technology. It doesn't work at all and you have to call customer service to have them activate everything remotely. Thank God customer service answered or I'd still be trapped in the back of beyond. PLEASE FIX THIS APP. It is no joke when you can't charge your car!!!
