Problems with logging in
Won’t log me in says incorrect but it’s not
LOG IN ISSUE!! Please resolve!!
I can log into the website and on the E2P+ family app with my log in details however the E2P+send states incorrect log in or password, this is extremely frustrating especially at this time when we have been asked by the school to upload observations while we are doing home learning due to the pandemic.I don’t have the connection wire to upload the pics from my phone to laptop. School has contacted them only to be sent a manual on how to use the site but nothing about the problem me and all the other parents are having trying to access the app! Please sort it out there’s not even a help option.
