Replaces the Cupower BLE remote control app for lights

If you used to control your lights with the Cupower remote control app, there is no reason for grief anymore that the Cupower app is no longer available on the App Store. The E3Pro app does the same thing, though with a more basic UI. Even your account used with the Cupower app works with the E3Pro app, in case you saved your configuration to an account.
