Log on problem solved
The app asks for user name and password, which in updated version told me were wrong when I applied them over past couple of years. I discovered the newer app was requiring my last name as user name and my membership number as the password. Tried it on a long hunch and it worked.

APP no longer works
Had used the APP for years to download monthly issues. APP no longer recognizes my username or password. EAA chat line instructed to use last name and EAA number, which of course did not work because the app requires UN and PW. Chat provided the link for download from the website. A bit of a pain.
