Horrible experience with the driver
I had a driver who was taking my mum and I to the train station that is 5 minute car ride from where I live. We ordered it 20 minutes before our train, which he knew we had to catch. While we were waiting in traffic for 10 minutes, we asked him whether we would make it in this traffic and he said you may or may not, when he took a route that was clearly further away from the train station from where I lived and the traffic was endless from the position we were in. We then told him we would walk because we had to catch the train that would leave in 10 minutes and he said we have to pay first. I had to pay £4 just to sit in traffic and for him to take us further away from where I lived and for him to not advice us at all on what to do. I will never be using this service again because of such poor communication from the driver when he could clearly see we were sat in traffic for 10 minutes.
