Seems to work ok for me once I got my router configured correctly

Works great when it up and running, however tends to not connect or fails to show live image more often than not.

I cant make it work at all....just spent a fortune on a camera I cant use....and to cap it all the App doesnt do anything....just keeps asking to upgrade..and then it dosent do anything!

I am a business owner who likes to keep an eye on things when I'm away. I have also had issues with theft but as long as you have cameras in good positions you are in good shape. I love my app. I also enjoy showing people while I'm away what I'm looking at at the store. I'm happy with that as well.

I downloaded the latest version on my iPhone 5s and it constantly crashes. Please fix.

You disable a working feature just to push user to buy your Plus version. It is a usable software till Avtech becomes greedy. The app helps in your main product sale. If feature is not back by the time another site needs cctv. Trust me your company is out and the new supplier will replace your company going forward.

Disappointed User, now happy
Since the update of this application 12 June 2015' the App has started to crash, I can't play streamed historical recorded files, my recorded files no longer show and I'm unable to set the resolution to CIF4 which use to display a higher resolution picture in my iPad 3.
Update 15th June, Also my PTZ cameras are inoperable, it continues to crash or lock-up. Don't download this app until last it's fixed.
Update 27th June 2015: contrary to the one reviewer who says this App is working okay, It isn't !, it continues to lock-up, crash and I still can't access or stream historical recordings. Still waiting for an update to the App to correct these faults I don't recommend the use of this App until it's fixed.
The update 8th July 2015 has enabled me to access, stream and play recorded files via this App, however the App continues to lock up unpredictability when switching channels. This App still requires a fix. Prior to the update 12th June 2015 the App performed without any problems.
Update 1st August 2015: As there appears to be no further update to this App to resolve the current issues I have stopped using it, I am currently using Eagleeyes-lite intended for the iPhone which appears to function on the iPad without any issues. Although it must be launched in portrait mode, otherwise the display will screw up.
The update to this app 26th January 2016 to Version 1.0.4.0 has resolved all issues raised above. I am now happy with all aspects of this app and I now recommend it to any one wishing to download it. I have now increased the star rating to 5 stars.

and 4 apple devices. The reason they get 5 star rating because of all their efforts they go
to. I am 86. After accidentally deleting eggle eyes i am reinstalling on my i pad. i have it on
my i ph 6 also. It is a pleasure to show my cameras to friends. While away from my home.
iF i get notified i can call law enforcement
seniors all are welcome by this company.
