this version of + boots you out when using push video, have to reload. this version full of bugs. darn auto load apps... Will NOT work with newer Avtech DVRs or NVRs worthless app

Tricky to do hard reset-but rapid reply from Avtech sorted it!

Still terrible
Having to change over to new provider as Avtech do not want to talk to their customers. In the process of changing over 50 systems to AlienDVR. Much better providers

Really simple to set up and excellent graphics on the iPad. Can only see one improvement needed and that's the swipe feature between cameras that the iPhone version has. It's a bit clunky having to select the cameras by number, otherwise perfect!
Crashes when I tap on my security setup
It accepted all of the manual setup for my security system but when I try to open it is when it sends me back to the menu. The app stays open in the background. The free EagleEye HD Lite works but I thought this paid $5.99 version would give me more options for viewing a camera's recording by timeline. The use of this app is not intuitive. In fact it is a challenge to figure out how to use it. After trying something it is always 'now how do I return to where I was before?'. To view the recording by timeline is by event (movement activity) but when you give it a time range it does not respond by giving the event and when you select which channel (camera) it does not restrict the event accordingly. Frustrated trying to use any EagleEye app.

Great Product
This system is really great. Sat in Florida on my holiday and was able to keep a eye out on my home.. Would recommend this to anyone.

The app work well. I am able to view my property once I have Internet connection. The only con is I am unable to review recordings from my iPhone and iPad.
Keep disconnecting
I do not know why my ipad 2 keep disconnecting whenever i turn on any of my camera
