App Is Obselete
Earin Robbed me of $250. The company doesn’t exist anymore, and has abandoned all customer and hardware support. This is the age we live in: start ups and pop ups that rob people off hype.
Earin is a pioneer
Best earbuds and the app as well. No complains. I have an iPhone 7
Will not pair with new IPad.
I was able to fix this issue with Android but not with Apple.
iPhone app
The iPhone app keeps crashing since I updated my firmware.
After painful pairing process app crashes frequently
Pairing with my iPhone X was brutal—I tried resetting BT connection and earbuds, turning off phone, deleting and re-downloading app many times. It finally got connected, and I even managed to update the firmware (over an hour for both earbuds!). Now I’m enjoying the earbuds but anytime I click on the hamburger icon (3 lines in the upper right), the app crashes. Tried deleting/re-downloading to no avail.
I bought the earbuds when I lost my Jabra 65t buds because of their minimal design, tiny size, materials, and purported lack of audio delay. Lack of USB-C and BT 5.0 was a concession... now I’m kind of regretting doing so since they don’t have great battery life and sometimes have random cutouts and/or volume shifting between earbuds.

M2 review
I’ve owned the M1 as well as the M2 and a handful of the competitors. For what I wanted (small size, great audio) the M2’s were the way to go. Many of the drawbacks from the M1’s have been fixed with one small exception (see below).
This app is a nice addition along with the new features in the M2, notably audio transparency. 4/5 stars for the app alone as I would like to see an option for transparency audio in mono/single bud mode.
Not sure if this is an app or hardware issue but since the earbuds now auto-assign left/right I often find the audio switching channels in the middle of songs which can be a bit off putting. Was finding the right earbud a problem that really needed this hit or miss fix? Either way I’ll continue to be a customer but would say this is the one area I found the M1’s to be better.

Very cool
I’m satisfied. If only the phone was replaced.
Very difficult to set up.
I had the M-1 version is worked right out of the box this new M-2 was a serious pain to set up. You have to pair both ear pieces to Bluetooth separately? There is also no way to differentiate between either ear piece it’s a very awkward setup.
Amazing
The M-2 EarPods are the best on the market. Excellent quality, low latency and the app is the cherry on top.
