Bugs
I like checking the menu on the apps and want to place an order through it but it can’t find locations. I put in Anaheim, CA and it won’t bring up anything close. The rewards system can also be updated to be easier. Too many steps to input a receipt. A check-in if you dine in will also be helpful to get points.

Rewards Still Do NOT Work
I’ve sent messages multiple times over the past few months and I’m just told they will let people know to fix it. I send in screenshots and specific scenarios that cause errors to occur and still no fixes or changes. Kinda upsetting at this point :(
The issue is when having a reward option in the basket and checking out at the Disney springs location always pops the error up (error validating basket). Please just ask Claude code to fix it.

Canada
App briefly worked for Canada however after 2 orders it send me to some place in the USA.

So many reviews about them not having a rewards system in place. Yeah, it would be nice, but the app works just fine! Wish I could add my discount and but alcohol from here but no problem.
This app should work as well as my other fast food apps
I have an app installed for every fast food place around me, and living in Las Vegas, it’s a lot! I enjoy the reward programs at all of them but, st Earl of Sandwich, the reward system is non existent. When I store or restaurant offers rewards for your purchases, I tend to go there more often. Earl of Sandwich is all the way across town but I’m over that way about once a week and the food is very good but the only rewards they seem to offer is a small sandwich in the month of your Birthday. I mean a meal comes to about $15 for one person. You would think they could give you points for your purchases. They won’t even give you more than one packet of crackers for your soup. I asked for a second cracker pack and the guy said no, you only get 1. Unbelievable! I think I’ll find somewhere else to go when I’m in that neighborhood that is better suited for customer service and maybe with a better reward system.

No refund capability
This app lets you order food even if it’s not available at that Earl of Sandwich location. When that happens, none of the location employees know how to refund it. Very frustrating.
Getting worse over time
The app seems to get worse every time I use it. Can no longer log in or order using it. Attempting to do either cause it to give errors. The coupons they email can never be used online.
Needs work!
Constantly logs you out when you close the app, and logs you out while submitting an order

I adore the food here, but I do wonder what the point is of an app that you can’t order from. I have tried to order through the app on several occasions over the past few months with zero success. This could be an enormous revenue stream if it’s purpose would allow it to follow through.
Absolutely Garbage!
The App does not work in Canada and I still haven’t had a response from Corporate as to when it will, luckily the franchise owner is great at taking orders via the phone, but they are not backed up by their own Corporate team! If you wasn’t to grow then don’t create an App that is absolute Garbage for Canadian Consumers then ignore the concerns of a user.

Useless basically
We often go to Earl of Sandwich at Disney springs but they are so busy and we don’t mobile order. They don’t ask you if you have the rewards ever so it would be nice if there was a place to scan your receipt to get your points for your visit 🤷🏻♂️

Worst App ever!!
This 'App' is just a glorified web browser. Save your space and just use the mobile website. You have to keep logging in to access functions. Nothing is integrated into this app. There is no build in membership card just account number.

The online ordering app is not helpful is you cannot apply any discount. Needs work.
