Thanks for reporting this and sorry for the inconvenience, we’re working on an update that should fix this. In the meantime, please try this app (this issue is fixed there): https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/youtube-kids/id603393402?mt=8. It has everything from the app you have now + tons of new content, games and educational videos. We’ll be adding a lot of new content to it regularly, so we’ll do our best to make it worth your while.
Why buy?
Contacting support is useless! Directions to fix the issue, DON'T WORK!
No one needs a frustrated and sad child!
UPDATE: Still has issues. Previous purchases don't load and 'free' song STOPS & expects you to BUY it, or else!
