Share across devices with other parent

Is there a way to give access to editing and accessing info with other parent on other devices or is it all locally stored? If not, this feature is necessary

App deleted data

Was using the app to record data. Went to add new data for both kids and the app has reset itself and asking me to register again. All data has been lost. Terrible app

Response from developer

Hi WillowSA, We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’ve had. Please email OECD.EarlyYearsSAAppSupport@sa.gov.au with further information, so we can investigate this further. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Thanks, Early Years SA App Team

Does let you save a profile

Used this once but then there was an update. Now I can sign into my account as there’s no option to do so. There’s no point tracking milestones if the data’s lost and I need to put it in after each update.

Response from developer

Hi Shell, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issue you have experienced. Child data is currently stored securely on the device it’s entered on. To save or share this information, we recommend using the Export feature. We understand how valuable this data is to parents and carers and are actively exploring new features to enhance the app experience. The Early Years SA App team
