Earn Your Scroll blocks selected apps on your phone until you complete a daily step count or workout goal. How it works: 1. Choose the apps you want to block. 2. Set your daily goal - a number of steps or workout minutes. 3. The apps you selected stay blocked until you reach the goal. 4. Once reached, the apps unlock for the rest of the day. 5.
