Does not give correct prizes, does not update to your correct score, unreliable, no point contacting support, just a way to make hard working stuff work even harder for nothing. Like dangling a carrot. Terrible awards system in my opinion come up with something better Tesco HQ if you really care about your staff.

I want to like, but
I’m afraid this app is often unreliable. Almost always when there is any update it doesn’t work that week. Often no balloons or it crashes before balloons are opened, disappointing is probably an accurate description.
Not worth it
Been using the app over a year with work. Not worth even using, wouldn’t bother giving them your time or efforts at work. You’re literally never rewarded. £3 every month if you’re lucky. I’ve not had anything in months now. Total scam tbh Do not download. Utter rubbish. You just get used.
Terrible app
It always seems to have issues, latest one seems to have stopped updating the picking rates 🤨
