Stopped working entirely
I can log in but no data shows up. I can see the total amount of sales that have cleared but that’s it. I have no idea what sold, or when, or if a sale has been canceled or not. I’ve logged out / in repeatedly over the last 2 weeks but nothing changes. The app was lackluster to begin with (side scrolling & having to wait for each section to load was painful. Just use tabs!) . Now the app is entirely worthless.

Not loading
That’s great that I know the total earned, but what happened to the app showing me WHAT cleared and the individual sales info for each item? It’s been 2 weeks. All I get is “no earnings information available “. So what is the point?
What happened?
The Ap was great before. I used it daily. I don’t know if there has been an update or what happened but there is no data available in ap any longer. The Zazzle ap also has errors when opening it!

This shows no images of purchased products, and shows far less info than going directly to the website. Not sure why ANYONE would ever use this deficient and poorly conceived app. Grade: F

It’s back!
I used to check in with this app every day, a couple times a day, because it was a quick way to check for sales. Now every time I want to check, I have to log in, say I’m not a robot & take a picture quiz. The app is no longer a quick way to check, so I stopped using it. Please put it back to the way it was before.

Useless app when you can’t log in
The robot images for verifying didn’t have submit bottom after picking images.. I wrote to tech support. They wrote back, “no issues found” maybe they will read all negative feedback and try to fix this.. Waste my time writing this and writing them.
Fine until last update
Unusable since last update. Logged me out automatically after last update and have been unable to log in ever since. Issue is with the account verification via the pictures, selecting all the cars, signs, boats, etc. Can’t go further after doing so. Remove this step until it can be properly developed.

Since the last update, I have to log in every time I open the app. The not a robot pictures are hard to use on a phone screen as sometimes they aren’t clear and the object to be selected is hard to see.
A year since an update and still no store management??
This thing is really of no use.
Can’t log in at all
The “are you a robot?” flow doesn’t let you submit your answers, so you can never log in. The app is useless until someone fixes this.
Accidentally logged out, can’t get back in
I accidentally got logged out of the app. When I try to sign back in it asks you to verify you’re not a robot, then do the whole select images things. There is no button to chose that you have selected the images so I cannot get logged back in. I had the same issue on the regular zazzle app as well as the zazzle earnings app so both are completely useless to me now. It’s hard to be a zazzle “seller” when you have no way of checking your stats or sales from a mobile device when you are unable to sit down in front of a computer. Also, it kills zazzle sales for the company as well when customers can’t shop from a mobile app. Please fix this!

Captcha screen prevents login
The Zazzle earnings app was nice when it worked. It was never perfect, but it was a handy and convenient way to check my earnings. I say was because I accidentally logged out of the app about a week ago and am prevented from logging back in thanks to a captcha screen that comes up that’s missing any sort of submit or verify button. My guess is this will also prevent new users from logging in. So until there’s an update you probably don’t want to waste your time with this.

Can sign in fine, but always tells me it's unable to load data.
Can’t see what they bought
To be worthwhile for me to use this would be to get a link so I can see what was purchased. That gives me an indication of how to grow my Zazzle portfolio of products. This is pretty useless right now.😑
Unable to Login via Facebook
My account is linked/logged in via Facebook. I cannot see my earnings because no option to login via Facebook. I tried the email and password from Facebook but unable to login. This needs to be fixed!!!
