I convert my points but my balance never updates, I contact support they ignore my problem and tell me what my balance is , then I tell them again that my balance won’t update so I can cash out , they told me to keep playing . Wow this is ridiculous !
Just adding to my previous review! I kept playing and guess what !? As soon as I convert my points the balance still does not change! Support people are liars they never checked my account ! They never gave me my correct points this is the 2 nd time people don’t waste your time !

Here is an actual review , I’m not a bot or anything and this app is really good!
First I really like the idea of playing games and earning money and challenging your brain.
Yes , you don’t earn a lot of money but it’s enough to be a good side job.
The games are really fun and good and you would think it’s a lot of money to withdraw ( $25 ) but you can actually earn it if you keep playing.
At first I deleted the app because I realised that you would quickly run out of silver coins and where I am , there were not any surveys . I decided to install it again and there were a lot more surveys and that’s great 😁 it’s a good side job.
I have not yet cashed out from the app but when I do I will update the post. Overall this is a great app.

You Try To Contact Them For Anything Like Reactivate An Account You Don’t Ever Hear From Them. Also It Will Be Nice If a Reactivate Account Option Could Be Added. And More Options To Earn Quicker Like Surveys.

Hi, Once the account is deleted by you, it is not possible to recover it again. Kindly use another email to sign-up with the app. We do have surveys to speed up the earnings.
