Terrible alarm
No instructions and zero intuitive logic to setting alarm. Every alarm is a mystery as to if it will go off or default to a previous time setting. Worthless.
Great App!
Started using this when Headphone Alarm stopped working. Thus is the only app that plays through your earphones so that you won’t disturb others when you have to wake up early.

看護師です。夜勤のとき仮眠休憩がありますが色んな人が周りで寝ていて、休憩のタイミングがバラバラなので普通にアラームをかけると他の人に大迷惑になってしまうので、イヤホンのみアラーム音が鳴るのを探していました。
結構いいのですが、音止める一瞬だけ爆音になるので耳が痛くなるので心配です。また英語のみの表記なので触ってみないと操作が分からないです。
アラーム1~4などあって、多分それぞれ時間設定はできるけど何故か鳴らない。上のデカい(例えば)2:05とデカデカと表記されてる時計でしか鳴らないので注意です。

I think most of the negative comments are people who’ve not set the alarm correctly (it is a little more complicated than most) but i’ve never had a problem. Couldn’t live without it!
Not perfect but close enough
I use a iPod touch 5G for my alarm. So this alarm working on this old girl is perfect. I have a Bluetooth sleep mask that works perfectly. Sure it's a little glitchy but what I need it to do it is just fine.
Oh, BTW, if you have a newer device, go get Ear Alarm. That's the version of this for newer iOS devices and, last I looked, actively supported.

Not user friendly
I decided to get the app bc I wanted to fall asleep while listening to music. When I opened the app there wasn’t any explanation or help at all and it’s very confusing
Hit or Miss
Worked VERY well a few times, sounding ONLY through my headphones. Other times it didn’t sound at all.

Literally doesn’t even work
Been trying for 5mins to test it but the alarm wont even go off
Unique app, but needs better instructions.
It has a pretty interface. The options are not very intuitive. It played the music from my Apple music app in testing mode, but did not play the music when the time to alarm arrived - that is, until I discovered from another review that you must click the “Start” after choosing the time. I have not been able to toggle off the vibrate on alarm. However, despite those issues it is the only app I have found to sound an alarm via Bluetooth.
By the way, to “Snooze”, when it alarms tap “stop”, then tap +1,+3,+5 or+10 from whichever set of 2 times you have previously selected (AND tap start again). More trouble than just a snooze button, which would be a preferred option.

Earphone Alarm Issues
This app meets a specific need I have, to play an alarm in just my earbuds instead of on the speakers as well. However, when you set the alarm music the only option you get is to choose from Apple Music selections, but then the app tells you that you can’t use Apple Music. (Even if the song is downloaded to your phone locally.) There seems to be no way to select a music file that is physically downloaded to the phone, instead of using Apple Music selections.

Doesn’t work
My phone speakers stopped working and i downloaded this app so they can play on my bt speakers, it only works when u have your eye on it, if u intend to fall asleep this darn app will sleep with u

Does what it needs to do but beware
The alarm does work and rings only in your headphones, which is perfect for if you need to get up without waking other people beside you. Don’t forget that you have the leave the app open otherwise it won’t work. HOWEVER, i had a full charge on my phone before i went to bed, left the app open for it to work and the app drained my battery overnight. I woke up and my phone was at 5%. If you have a newer phone this may not be a problem but if your phone’s a few years old beware!

It does what it says but there needs to be improvement
I love the fact that I can use this alarm with my sleeping headphones. However, it would be nice to have some type of notification with a stop or snooze button appear when the alarm goes off. I’m using other sleeping apps to help me stay asleep and it takes me forever to go back into the app to stop the alarm. Other than that, it’s fine.

I tried songs that were from Apple Music and got the message sorry we can’t play songs from Apple Music ok so downloaded it so maybe that work ... ok tried a song I had that’s not on AM from years ago,same message .. so basically saying no songs work 👍
