A Good Stepping Stone
I’m newer to the sustainability scene and have found Earth Hero a good stepping stone to getting more involved and changing my habits! It works well and is motivating. It’s a good tool for climate anxiety too. It gives you options of things to do on a personal level than can benefit our planet.

I find the app straightforward and easy to use. The format is simple, and it’s easy for me to get to where I need to go. I like the message it spreads, and I think an app like this is good for goal oriented people. Didn’t wow me, but that isn’t the point of the app I know. Overall, fine.

Earth Hero has helped me begin my journey to living a more sustainable lifestyle with ease. Through the app you realize just how little you can do to make a difference. If we all used this app, our future would look a lot better.
Should have started sooner!
I love this app! I was able to start lowering my emissions immediately to see the benefit of what I was already doing which was a great incentive to see how I could continue to lower them. I only wish I had found it sooner!
Just Wonderful
This is a good app. I’ve always wanted to do more for the earth, but never known where to focus, or what I was responsible for. Now I can get an estimate of my personal emissions and how they compare to global, country, and guideline levels. The app is worth it for the emissions tracker alone. But the core of the app is the 200 sustainable actions that you’re motivated to choose from and complete. Each action earns you a proportionate number of “Earth Points,” and it’s kind of ridiculous how much this gamification motivates me to always do more. Clearly some actions are not meant for everyone, like “Make Climate Your Career” is a little ridiculous to ask of someone. But you can easily hide these actions so they don’t bother you, and so you can focus on what’s achievable. Although it took me a moment to realize, I think one of the best parts of the app is that it has no ads, and no paywalls. Completely free. Anyway, I recommend 👍

i absolutely love the concept of the app and how they’re going about it. it’s set up so nicely and it’s so coherent and easy to use and promotes climate action both on the small and large scale and enables you to make a change in whatever ways you can, big or small.

I love this app. It is so difficult and overwhelming to determine what actions you can take in your everyday life to support the earth and this app makes it so much easier!

i like earth hero
this app is actually pretty nice. i didn’t expect this much out of it because it looked like something that you have to like keep track of your emissions, but they kinda do that for you and help you with it. i also like how there are easy tasks and hard tasks! i like the option
Educational, motivating, and user friendly
I seriously love this app! I wanted to pursue more eco conscious habits and this app has been SO HELPFUL in doing so. It gives me a clear visual of my carbon footprint and seeing it shrink as I take the suggested actions is so motivating!

Earth Hero Makes Me Hopeful for my future.
Hi. I’m 14, and I really care about how to world works and the fact that I want to live to see my grandchildren. I started using Earth Hero because I saw on TikTok that Ecosia and Earth Hero help with climate action, so I figured I’d download it. The process is super easy, and the little goals you can do on it are very helpful! Seeing how many people have this app makes me very hopeful for our world, and makes me hopeful that maybe I’ll be able to see my grandchildren. 🩷
