Do not use Earth broadband, it may look cheaper in some cases but there are £70 in hidden cancellation fees! This app is awful to use and responses are slow.

The Earth Broadband app is really useful for checking internet speed and getting quick support. The live chat feature is responsive and great for fast answers, and the support guides are clear and helpful for troubleshooting common issues.
Beyond the app itself, I love Earth Broadband’s concept offering great broadband service while also planting trees to help the environment is amazing. It’s great to see a company that cares about sustainability. The app is simple, easy to use, and does exactly what it needs to. Highly recommend!

Awful user experience
Please work on your app, as it’s super simple app with quite few actions, and even they are not done properly. I can’t see what I’m typing in the chat, I’m not able to paste any text in 2025!!! That makes communication with your team almost impossible. Considering you have just two ways of communication email and this app, this issue should be solved as soon as possible.

Broken chat features
The chat message box has disappeared it’s been 3 days I still can’t reply to get an engineer out to fix the damn ONT box it’s been three weeks. Sort it out.
Awful user experience
Terrible, useless and buggy. This app is extremely clunky and has no useful or working functionalities at this time. The live chat does not work, and the bill viewer crashes the app and then send 3 duplicates by email each time it’s tapped on. If these functions don’t work, there’s no point even creating the app as it doesn’t do anything else! Shocking service.

The new version is so much better!!!
After using their old app and going to this new one it’s amazing! So glad I can finally see my bills and see all the trees I’m planting. Great job Earth team 🌎

App is constantly in maintenance so don’t bother downloading, it want work. thx Earth
