Hallo Frank, das Problem mit den Bildern sollte seit dem vorletzten Update behoben sein. Bitte prüfe, ob dein iPhone die EarthBeat App schon auf v 1.2.3 oder die aktuellere Version 1.2.4 upgedatet hat. Die neueste Version bringt auch ein neues Feature mit sich: Zoom für alle Grafiken und Bilder.Falls es noch Probleme gibt, schreib mir bitte eine Email an marc@asv.pt

This might be true for some users, but the main intention of EarthBeat is to use it for its widgets. They give you a quick and convenient access to all graphs that you usually have to visit several websites and Facebook groups for. I see no use in a more deeper explanation of how the graphs can be read, as this information is already provided all over the internet and you only need to understand it once. This app is for the more experienced user that wants to have quick access to up to date data without even using an app. ;-)
Buy the app so you can buy the subscriptions inside

EarthBeat is free since some versions now. You get a nice pack of features already in the free version. The subscription adds analysis and notification features.

Thanks for rating our app. As we can not help you in this rating and review environment, please send a detailed report of what’s not working and what device and app version you are using to our support. There are six external sources connected in EarthBeat and various graphs are shows. On our side it looks like all systems are running and updating well. So as long as we don’t know what’s exactly not working on your device it is impossible to help and fix your problem.

Dear „Annoyed 7936“, all servers and sources are currently up and running well. We are receiving support requests daily, so it seems like you need to figure out your connection problems first. We are happy to help if you drop us a line via email - you’ll find an option to send a support request in the app.

Thanks for your review. Which tomsk graph are you referring to? In the widget, in the app, and which graph, the resonance, aplitudes, Q-factor, or all? As we dont have this problem over here, we need to know what you are experiencing to trace down a bug.

Please contact the support at developer@asv.pt. So far all widgets and data sources are working well. We would like to reproduce your problem to find out the cause. Therefore we would need more info about the device you are installing on, the system software version, the EarthBeat version etc. Please let us know as much details as possible how yow to reproduce your problem. Have you tried to uninstall the app and do a fresh reinstall?

Hallo Alex, danke für dein Feedback. EarthBeat liefert die aktuellsten verfügbaren Daten aus Tomsk & Cumiana, als auch aktuellste Aurora- und Sonnendaten. Der Tomks Server ist derzeit unzuverlässig, aber ich reagiere immer schnell auf notwendige Änderungen. Wenn du schnellere Server kennst lass es mich bitte wissen, damit ich als Solo-Entwickler gezielt reagieren kann. Gerne kannst du mich auch über den Supportkontakt anschreiben. Beste Grüße, Marc

Leider kann ich daran nichts ändern. Der Tomsk Server hat seine Daten eingeschränkt, und von denen ist EarthBeat abhängig. Der Cumiana Server ist allerdings immer aktuell und sollte als Ausweichquelle genutzt werden.

Der Tomsk Server ist leider eine relativ unzuverlässige Datenquelle. Manchmal gibt es für Tage keine aktualisierten Kurven. Seit gestern sollte es wieder gehen. Der Link zur Quelle der Daten ist übrigens am Seitenende jeder EarthBeat Seite vermerkt. Einfach anklicken und selber prüfen. Als Alternative ist übrigens auch der Cumiana Server in der App vorhanden, der Messungen der Schumann Resonanz auswertet.

Not your falult! The Tomsk server just had an hiccup. It's solved since a few days now, and EarthBeat should update the graphs as intended...

The problem was already fixed with version 1.4.6. Please update your app and it should work fine. And it would be nice if you update your rating and review of this app - this would help me as a single developer to make it better and better.
