Amazing app!!

This app is absolutely mind blowing! The amount of data provided is incredible and the developer is very helpful when glitches with the app are reported. Highly recommend this app!

Awesome App!

This app gives all the info I want to check daily. It’s very comprehensive and easy to use. When there was a problem with the app not updating, I reached out to the developer to report the problem. He was very responsive and corrected the issue very quickly. I definitely recommend this app!

App doesn’t update

Love the concept but the app is not updating. It is stuck on data from October and has been since yesterday. This has happened a few times since I first purchased it.

App doesn’t completely work

I bought the premium version & some of the most important sections of the app just don’t work. I’ve tried contacting their support but never heard back & nothing was ever fixed. I’m VERY disgusted & VERY disappointed — you can get the same information elsewhere. I don’t recommend this app at all & will not be renewing my subscription. Terrible support. Actually, none at all 👎👎👎👎👎

Tomsk graph frequently does does refresh, despite updated data being available elsewhere online. Please address?
Otherwise, handy and informative app, sensible layout. I also appreciate that you are not hoarding user data. Thank you!

Widget broken

No matter what I try, my widget does not show anything! The widget is the reason why I chose this specific app.

Hasn’t been updating since 7/21

I have been trying to access live data and it doesn’t seems to be available.

I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I miss it!

App does not update

It would be an awesome app but despite trying to update by pulling the page down and even restarting the phone the app has not updated the info in weeks

The problem was already fixed with version 1.4.6. Please update your app and it should work fine. And it would be nice if you update your rating and review of this app - this would help me as a single developer to make it better and better.

Free Facebook updates

Nice layout however I could obtain more up to date data from Facebook, for free with more details n explanations for the average user.

This might be true for some users, but the main intention of EarthBeat is to use it for its widgets. They give you a quick and convenient access to all graphs that you usually have to visit several websites and Facebook groups for. I see no use in a more deeper explanation of how the graphs can be read, as this information is already provided all over the internet and you only need to understand it once. This app is for the more experienced user that wants to have quick access to up to date data without even using an app. ;-)

Not sure what is wrong?

I did the update, however the chart isn’t showing any data after 4/9. Bummed. I refer to this daily.

Please delete the app from your phone and re-download it from the App Store. This should fix the cache for now. I am currently rewriting the cache code as it is not 100% working with the new Tomsk page. But a solution is in sight.

Paid for the app because of the tomsk graph
Prior to it simply being gone it had a thing that wants you to pay for another app so that you can view it
