I tried everything and following the instructions but it doesn’t work so it’s just a waste of money 😐

Bought the device and downloaded the app, after I give it the proper permissions it’s just a blank white screen. Now the product I paid for is useless

Picture is clear and it warns you if you’re getting to close to your ear drums
No option to save video to camera roll
I was excited to use this tool.
When setting up a lot of privacy requires to access. Even though I let to join My internet but my internet has VPN then they change it to their network. But then I connected to their network. I saw inside of my ear for first time it’s crazy how my ear looks clean from outside but inside full of wax. I recorded some of videos through the app but there is no option to save to my camera roll. Maybe because I don’t let them my data accessed by them or I don’t know. Another thing is as soon as I install the app, they wanted me to update to new software. The app should be update through the App Store not on the app by-itself. So, I am still concerning my privacy and data. I didn’t clean yet because I would love to save the video clip to my camera roll. I fell like they would sell my data after I clean because the clip only on the app, unable to save, share or download to camera roll. I wish also it will be good if it has instruction how to clean ear or use the tool.
Bluetooth is on but not showing the device. So, I can’t manually disconnected the device through Bluetooth.
It seems like this device and partners more focusing about controlling our data and privacy.
I will blame Apple why they allow this app and manufacture to over control our device???

the app itself worked fine, the tool got hot kinda quick and i have deleted the app and it is still charging my app, how do i stop it
Ear vision software
Amazing product for the $6.99 Amazon price. Not sure why it kept asking for my email password to install the iPhone software. It finally installed after several refusals by me to provide this password. Quite nice product. Used it to fix otherwise difficult to see places inside electro-mechanical tonearm.

Worked until most recent update
Worked like a charm until the most recent app update. Now it will not connect to my device no matter what I do.

Bought a new device of the same brand because my last one wasn’t connecting fully and would disconnect after 5 seconds. Now my new device is doing the same thing. Starting to think this is an app issue!!!!

The camera worked for about thirty seconds and then stopped. Its been hours and it still hasnt done anything.

The instructions manual doesn’t tell you the key to using this unit requires the APP! I couldn’t figure the thing out till I downloaded the app! Other than that… I think this thing it great! And… my ears are clean!

Camera stopped working after a couple months. I tried all trouble shooting steps. All I see is a blur. Will make sure to let everyone know not to buy this product!
Great at first, but now it doesn’t work
It was easy to set up, easy to use and worked great for the first 3 months.
It died and I didn’t need it for a bit so I left it alone and covered in the medicine cabinet.
Needed it so charged it and now the camera doesn’t work. Not damaged, did everything to get the app to work, camera still doesn’t work.
So I guess if there’s not continue use it stops all together.
