About

Your routine slipped. Your next step can still be small. Ease Back is a habit tracker for getting back to walking, reading, and the everyday habits you care about. When life gets busy, it shows one clear action to help you return—not a broken streak to make up for. MAKE ROOM FOR BUSY DAYS Set your normal action and, if useful, a smaller version. A 20-minute walk can become a 2-minute walk after a break. You choose the actions; Ease Back uses your recent records and schedule to show the next step. START SMALL, KEEP IT SIMPLE Already starting with one page of a book? Set that one step and leave the smaller action blank. Track up to 3 active habits. Choose a flexible weekly target or specific days, such as Monday–Friday, and mark an action done yourself. Planned rest days stay quiet and show your next planned day. Your habits do not have to be daily. RECOGNIZE A RETURN A smaller action counts as coming back, without pretending you completed the full action. For a one-step habit, that same action also counts toward your weekly goal. Pause, edit, or archive a habit when life changes. YOUR HABITS, YOUR DATA No account, ads, or third-party tracking. Core features work offline. Reminders are off by default and limited to once a day. Notifications and widgets keep habit details private. Export or delete your data whenever you want. Start with a walk, one page, or a few minutes with your phone put away. You do not need a perfect streak to return.
