Frustrating
New update is really frustrating when you have multiple chargers. An annoyance that there is only symbols now with no description of what each thing does.
New Icon Sucks!
What were you thinking? This icon looks hideous on my home screen?! Just looks tacky. Old was subtle and class.
Best one out there
The app and product are an amazing package and feels future ready , hardly anything that cannot be controlled via the app, dual charges setup was easy to give a guesstimate of my consumption. Overall happy with the ecosystem.
Disappointed bunny
The apps Interface is very clunky and doesn’t make sense.
It’s also let me down on a few occasions either not starting at the right time or finishing at the right time

Critical issue
Have had the charger for just over a year bought through a third-party Medlock. Everything has been fine and then all of a sudden get a critical red light and now unable to charge my vehicle. Doesn’t seem to be a quick solution.
App does not work
Installing the app gives a request for password. Forgotten password will not send a link to email address to reset password
Reliable Charger, but Missing Dual Tariff Option
I’ve had this charger installed recently and I’m very happy with its performance. It’s reliable, easy to use, and charges efficiently. The installation was smooth, and the app makes it simple to monitor usage.
The only downside is the lack of a dual tariff feature. Without the ability to set two different electricity rates (for peak and off-peak times), it’s hard to get an accurate cost of charging. Hopefully, this can be added in a future update.
Overall, a great product that works really well!

Good but…
Really impressed with the interface and everything works well but as evident from other reviews the ability to support time based tariffs is lacking despite comments going back years and no feedback from the developers - come on guys, a simple ask to make your customers happy and more likely to recommend your kit to others.

No functionality for dual tariff
Many reviews asking for dual tariff & I expected the new release to have this, disappointed that it doesn’t, certainly feels like the developers don’t want to deliver what the consumers are asking for.
Always lags
simple layout and very good if worked smoothly. But it seems to lag a lot. Not sure if charger connection or apps fault.
Please add multiple tariffs
The app works ok but lacks support for multiple tariffs (peak and off-peak) which makes it impossible to track how much you actually pay for charging. This does not seem like a hard thing to add and almost every other home charger app supports it. Please add support for this.
Great but no dual tariff support
Please add dual tariff support! I have a cheaper tariff overnight but can only track one cost in the app!
Decent app but needs separate day/night tariff
The app is decent and has all the essential controls for the charger, but lacks some key features. Most UK power companies offer tariffs with a reduced nighttime rate for EV owners to save money when charging overnight, however the app only allows you to input a single kWh cost for your power while other EV charger apps allow entering separate nighttime and daytime costs. It also seems like I have to manually set the Bluetooth to connect every time I launch the app vs. automatically connecting via Bluetooth.

Great App
The app and charger are great and works well but wish there was option to view the current car charge percentage (can’t find it anywhere)
Charger is offline
App doesn’t seem to work and no support from anyone. Not been able to use the charger yet :/
Last update broke WiFi
Last update broke WiFi connection. Also, when is the update to the Easee one going to get Bluetooth support?
Whilst I’m at it, Apple Watch support too would be welcome

Needs to have dual tariff rate
Other manufacturers such as Hypervolt app allows you to put multiple rates depending on the time period. This is ideal when my charging over runs past a certain time and then I'm charged a different tariff. It's ideal for accounting.
Not enough consumer features
Still waiting for two rate charging tariff accounting. The app development seems to be focussed upon commercial sites rather than end consumer use. This is a shame because basic features such as two rate charging are still lacking. Most of the updated features are invisible to end users who aren't commercial site admins.

Wi Fi
All good except the wifi icon has a question mark suggesting it is not connected. Think it is though but unsure. I assume it wouldn’t link to the app if the unit was not connected? Is that correct?
Where /why has the current session charge rate gone?
Where /why has the current session charge rate gone? Was a super useful thing. Please bring it back.
