Constantly Blocks attempts to generate a Video
There is no free version to create videos. So I paid $7 for a week to try it. No matter how neutral I leave my explanation, it constantly blocks my request because it says my material is sexual or explicit. NONE of what I’ve asked for is even CLOSE to sexual. I even used another AI app to help me write a more neutral prompt and i was STILL blocked. If you’re going to block people than at LEAST tell them which words you don’t like. Why wouldn’t you do something that simple, as to tell them what word you have a problem with? What idiot is running the show? Each time i want to generate a video i had to spend 30 minutes playing guessing games to figure out what word it doesn’t like by removing or changing a word and then trying again. Complete waste of time. I’m done.

NOWHERE TO SIGN IN FOR A CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION
I just subscribed on the web app and got charged. Now I tried to download form App Store and I got charged again AND there is nowhere for me to sign in if I have a current sub- instead asking me to sign up for a payment plan again- WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING??? Please be honest with customers and not be so money hungry- do you know how powerful a bad review an be for your business????
