User reviews

Keeps me grounded

The mood tracker makes me more aware of how I’m feeling, and the app suggests things that actually help. Simple and no fluff.

Simple but complete wellness toolkit

EaseUp packs breathing, journaling, mood tracking, and light exercise into one sleek, no-nonsense app. Fast, simple, and privacy-friendly. The targeted relief exercises are my go to for long days!

New app worth my time

I didn’t think I had time for a “wellness routine,” but EaseUp has been such a nice surprise. The sessions are short enough that I actually use them, and they still make a difference.

The breathing ones help me slow down when I’m stressed, and the movement routines are great when I’ve been sitting too long. I’ve started using the mood tracker too, and it’s been interesting to see patterns I didn’t notice before.

No ads in the app is good. 👌
