The food is great but I can never get the app to work to order or get points for purchases. Very frustrating.
Worse than the previous app
The previous app was pretty bad but I learned to navigate it and add notes. This new app is absolutely terrible. Nowhere to put the promo code that I get emailed to me monthly (I was able to put it in but it never applied) nor could I figure out how to apply the loyalty points on my account so I had to call the store and place the order over the phone. No place to add notes on each item.

Useless App
No point having the app, they can’t find your order. Just order on the website.

I got my points transferred easily from the old app & this one is easy to use & operate.

Keeps clearing out my order
If I leave the app for any reason at all, like to find the latest promo code in my email or to copy a credit card number or literally anything, the app resets my order and takes me back to the screen to choose a location. It even happened when I just swiped down to the control center to turn on a flashlight!

No Bread Options????
I have celiacs disease and east bay deli is one of the main restaurants in Charleston that I actively go to because of its gluten free bread option. The food is also really great, but the app has lost all of its convenience by taking away bread options or any option options to edit specific items. It would be great if this updated app could get updated again to include these options.
