We love East Sides and the App works very well. It makes dinner time for our family a no-brainer. Food shows up hot and delicious almost every time.

App Doesn’t Work - Works Now
You have to turn your VPN off in order for the app to work.
The app doesn't open. It just gives the following message -

I can’t schedule anything on the app, says restaurant is closed (but I can order through skip the dishes, which I would like not to do)-

Crash
Crashes / closes on iPhone 15Pro (iOS 18.5) as soon as login details are added. Have to use the website. Has been non-functional on iPhone for months, but functions on iPad.
Doesn’t Work
When I try to register, regardless of method, I get an error message. Please fix it!
Will steal your money
Warning: ordering on the app means no refunds of your order is never delivered. At best you get a credit that expires in 60 days. East Side Mario’s will STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
Can’t pay, doesn’t work
For some reason the app won’t let you use Apply Pay, add a Visa nor a Mastercard. Oh well, I’ll order somewhere else

Only problem is that we can not add items to our order for example if I want to order peppers on my sandwich I can't online
Keeps crashing
Tried logging into the app, was working when used as guest but as soon as I tried logging in it hasn’t let me open it again. Just endlessly crashing. Also can’t find the option to redeem a gift card for the life of me, should be with coupon redemption option.
Really annoying if you leave to answer a call
Totally useless if you answer a phone call, text or email and you have to STARTED OVER AGAIN if you’re trying to order. Why? Why? Why? So I ordered from some other place!!!

Very good for a family meal
We love their “veal parmigiana”. My husband and I split one because we don’t eat too much. The plate is generous. I order using the app and it’s so easy because they keep my latests orders; I can choose the same meal with just one click. We don’t have delivery to our address but my husband can pick it up in about 20 minutes after putting the order. And you can choose to pay on delivery!
