Lot of Bugs - Call instead

Lots of bugs in this app. Don’t use it, call for a reservation. Airport locations button did not work. Password reset did not work.

No bells. It works.

After trying to get a cab on Curb and failing, I tried the Eastern app. The app is simple. No unnecessary animations. It works. The customer experience is well-considered. Intuitive and easy to use.

Option for dog friendly cab is great.

Getting a cab that'll let me bring my dog is difficult of not impossible off other apps and the street. This is the main reason I use eastern.

Decent, time zone bug needs to be fixed

There's a bug in this app where, if you make a reservation from a different time zone, it applies the time _in that zone_. For instance, I made a reservation to be picked up at JFK in NYC at 10:45 pm, but I was in Las Vegas when I made it. Everything looked good until I landed at JFK and found that the reservation was _actually_ for 1:45 AM the next day. This was reported in another review in December 2016, three months ago. Fix it.
