Otp still not getting delivered

Inspite of complaining about the OTP issue on the previous version, the issue is still not resolved.

Can’t receive OTP! What is one supposed to do?

OTP Not Receiving? Try This!

The app is frustrating because the OTP is not getting delivered, and many users are stuck on the login screen. But here’s a tip try using 1111 as the OTP. It worked for me and might help others too.

OTO not generating

For Signup the opt is not generating after entering the customer ID. It shows successfully sent but not receiving in messages.

I downloaded this app (APEPDCL Smart Meter) hoping to finally track my real-time electricity consumption from my recently installed smart meter, especially useful here in Visakhapatnam. However, the app is completely unusable.
The most critical bug is that I never receive the OTP (One-Time Password) required to sign up. This means I cannot even log in or access any features of the app. Without the ability to sign up, the app is entirely pointless.
Real-time tracking of smart meter data is crucial for effective energy management, helping consumers save energy and reduce their carbon footprint. This app, in its current state, completely fails to deliver on that promise.
APEPDCL, please urgently address this fundamental bug and roll out an updated version. Until then, this app is non-functional and serves no purpose. Please fix this so we can properly utilize our smart meters!

Best in Class, A must-have App

You guys nailed the art of getting an app submitted to the app store with just a login page and a registration page, which never actually works. The only responsive button in the entire app is the “continue” button on the “sign up” page. Regardless of the day and time, it will simply show one message: “something went wrong”. Kudos to the backend team for hosting a zero-working service API. I really don’t understand the purpose of this app. Adani must be proud of you.
