This app is useless
This app either doesn’t open or crashes all the time, how do you expect me to make the payment if the app wouldn’t work
Not SmartPhone Friendly
Once you get to the page where you have to enter the payment details (Card #, Expiry and CVC), all text is almost microscopic.
Write the code to expand this to the size of the screen!!

Terrible app
Terrible app. Doesn’t work. If you back out trying to reset password it makes you wait 1.5 hrs to try again. If I could I would give 0 stars.
Non functional app
As with other reviews, cannot actually view or pay bills. Can only view general info about account. Not a functional app. Logging on n online is no better. Forced to use the slow automated telephone service in order to pay bills.
Where is the “billing” section?
Only have “home” and “profile” at the bottom, I couldn’t find anywhere to “pay now”, please fix this.
