Cannot Get Easy Caller ID To Work

When I attempt to enable Live Caller ID in the Phone app I get the error:

Error Enabling Extension - An error occurred while attempting to enable Live Caller ID.

I have restarted the iPhone, forced rebooted the iPhone, deleted and reinstalled Easy Caller ID several times, but nothing resolves the issue. My iPhone is up to date running iOS 26.5.2 I really would like this app to work, but it won't.

Garbage

The app is completely useless. Did not identify the caller ID of any numbers that was entered in or that called completely useless. Complete waste of time.

Constant "Extension Activation Error" on iOS

I am consistently getting the 'Extension Activation Error' when trying to enable the LiveCallerId (Live Lookup) feature in iOS settings. I have tried all troubleshooting steps: offloading the app, resetting network settings, disabling all other call blocking extensions, and even a clean re-install, but the error persists. It seems like there is a compatibility issue with the CallKit integration on the current iOS version. Please look into this and provide an update to fix this activation bug.

Very rarely identifies number. One in 7/8. Doesn't block spam. Not able to enable live caller Id

Settings

Hi there, since the latest update I cannot get past the settings screen. All settings are set to allow E.C ID to function. I open the app and then after a moment the setting screen pops up and cannot be closed. Help.
