We ordered and got rejected by restaurant. And got feedback from support is that your location is not available for delivery. Then why you guys allowed to order? Cant you just put simple validation before place order 😅

Fooling people based on new platform fee and no difference between menu rate and actual rate
There is huge difference between quantity provided by the same restaurant on Zomato and Swiggy on Easy Cater
Worst app ever tried
First the order was late then found out it was spilled (order was Saturday) but they can only refund on Monday. Please learn something from your competitors. It is good to pay more than suffer more.

Very bad experience, ordered food at time of breakfast and not even got till today .. no complaint resolution system ..no cancelation or modification of order ..no refund

Breaking the monopoly with fair pricing
Good application with much better pricing than the other delivery apps. Right now, I don’t see any of those annoying, irrelevant charges passed onto the customer. I really hope this platform breaks the current monopoly in the food delivery,Highly recommend.
