I canceled this before the free trial was up and now I’m they are trying to charge me for a renewal. I never even used it because I didn’t need it like something said. Now I go to their website and it says contact us and when you go to send them an email it says bad address. I need this taken care of immediately.

How to cancel Free Trial (I Need Help)
Can anyone tell me how to cancel my free trial? I downloaded this maybe 10 minutes ago and I'm not seeing anyway to cancel the subscription. I tried to send an email to "support", but I was notified that the support email is an invalid address and it was unsent.

Something poppped up for a trial of this VPN while I was browsing and about to close a page, it took my fingerprint and signed me up. I cancelled it but if I’m charged I’m going straight to the BBB. I never signed up and it took my fingerprint without my consent.

Reading other reviews and trying it out myself I noted that the free use advertising is false as instead it's a free trial, and other reviewers talk about how they are not recieving their refund from subscriptions. If you see this and experience the no refunding then report this as it would directly violate the terms and services!!!

I did not know that this app charges after only 3 day trial. So I decided not to proceed with the installation. I wanted to cancel right away and have searched since last night how to contact them. They are not reachable! The website only lists an email that keeps getting rejected as :not found." This is a bad start. Now I have to figure out a way to stop them from charging me because I don't want to do business with an entity that is not readily available to help me.

I’m trying to let my daughter watch Knight squad and this keeps popping up on some of the episodes and something about watch on different servers so I’m like ok so I downloaded it and it is talking about some 9.99 for it and they even make you pay to do it in American this is ridiculous.

The pop up ad describing their service says it is free. But after I downloaded the app, a message came across saying $9.99 per week. This is over $500 per year. It does not say that the n the ad. You only find out once it’s downloaded. That’s deception.
