Fix Online Play
I’ve played this game for quite some time now. I’ve made it to Rank 17 in Tour and did so on hard mode. The game is great. If you’re a long time enjoyer of HotShots Golf franchise games then this one is for you.
The reason for 4 stars and my biggest complaint is online leaderboards. There are people obviously exploiting gameplay. It’s not possible to achieve -18 through 9 holes. This needs to be fixed and regulated so it makes people want to play it. You can’t beat exploitation nor is it fun to play against.

Ball flight cam needs help
Great game. Unexpected precision with the Apple Pencil. Only complaint is the ball flight camera. The one where the camera is stationary 50 yds either side of the fairway. Landing often obscured from view due to cam elevation too low.
Rampant cheating
While I find this game entertaining, I think it’s blatantly apparent that they allow cheating on the platform. In my latest World Tournament I had a round where I scored a hole in one on both par 3’s, eagles on all par 4’s, and albatrosses on both par 5’s and I ended up with a AA rating. It is physically impossible to get a lower score than that unless you are cheating! Better yet if you try clicking on the support for the app link in Apple Arcade it takes you to a page that’s in either Chinese or Japanese. Do better guys!

PvP matchmaking doesn’t work
Title says it all. Prefer to play against real people b/c NPCs just cheat
Multiplayer is unplayable
This looked very promising and through the tutorial it seemed very much like Everybody’s Golf. But we tried a multiplayer with 3 people repeatedly and just couldn’t get to play a single game. Either phones wouldn’t connect or the game crashed and threw people out after a round.
Hopefully the bugs will be fixed so this can be a 5 star game!

Great game.. but…
Why have courses that are clearly in Canada be labelled as “American city course” when the location of the course is in northern Quebec?
Lack of controller support
This game is fun, but would be even more fun if controller support actually worked. Additionally, would be fantastic if support actually helped instead of just redirecting everyone to an almost useless support page!
Getting really boring now
Although this is a very good game it’s about time some new courses were added, and they should be 18 holes
Mixed feelings
I want to love this game but the controls are driving me nuts. Every time I put my finger on the screen my whole aim point shifts left 10'. Then I adjust and when I pull down to swing the aim point shifts left again. So I try resetting just to have the game think I made a ten foot shot, adding strokes and costing me tournaments. I have tried the 3 tap method but that is just awful. Please fix the controls so I can play this!
Also I am beginning to think Apple arcade is just full of broke or lame games nobody wants. The end of my free trial might be the end of Apple arcade for me.

They should of left the option of being able to use your fingers shoot rather than the new update where it’s by getting the timing down for the shot.
Still Not Five Star Yet
I really enjoy the game. However there are a few areas where improvement could be made.
It is very difficult if not impossible to apply backspin when using the Flick option to hit the ball. I think it should be made easier. You have made Backspin easier for the 3Tap option. Why can’t you do it for the Flick option ?
A number of the male characters have huge pointed noses. These could be better sculpted to look more realistic.
And some of the male players don’t have any fingertips, which makes the players look a bit weird.
I think 18 hole courses should consist of 18 different holes, and not just the same 12 holes repeated. It would make for a more realistic and satisfying experience.
The maximum stats that each player can achieve should be made available to the user.
The black shorts that the female players wear spoil the look of the female characters. Shorter black underwear would look far better.
In spite of those things I still enjoy playing the game, but the above improvements would make it a five star game for me.
I have reduced my star rating for the game from 4 stars to 3 because none of the above suggestions have been taken up since my previous review which was made quite some time ago now. So a bit disappointed in that. After all what’s the use of writing a review if none of the suggestions you make are taken up.

Easy and too easy golf
AMAZING GAME, NEAR PERFECTION!
I’ve been playing this game for a long time now, and I must say that I really don’t have any gripes with it. As a matter of fact, if there was one only one suggestion would be that there is a feeling that the courses and characters are becoming outdated. There needs to be a complete huge update with double the courses and double the characters because I’ve unlocked all the character outfits and all the courses and there’s nothing else that I can do at this point other than just compete in the world championships so I would love it even if there was a second version of the game if that’s what they needed to do for them to come out with more characters and more courses not just one here and there (and it’s been awhile since that even happened). Love the game, make a new one or have a huge update to double the courses and characters! Maybe add new third alternate uniforms.

A Hole in 1!!!
A very fun follow up to the Hot Shots golf franchise. There are downgrades but for a mobile title this is excellent!

Flick Shots
Love this game, used to play something similar on PS4 and it’s even better as a mobile game. That being said, the new update has ruined the flick style shot. The UI is only a cm or two long making it extremely hard to control distance, spin or aim shots
Lots of fun. Why no more stars?
Got to your level 17, and now it doesn’t let me earn more stars. Kind of takes the motivation away.
This App Cheats You!
If you’re doing good, the app will start to cheat you out of shots that you make, as though that makes it more fun???
It’s difficult enough to make your finger track perfectly, but, when your finger tracks right and the app misses left…or when the vacuum cup spits your ball out, it just isn’t fun! Not to mention distance control being absurdly unpredictable at times.
You people need to rethink your place in our lives. If your app isn’t fun, it gets deleted.
* Consider giving access to all of the courses for practice from the beginning. The practice part of your app is by far the most enjoyable.

Fun and frustrating
Although usually fun and entertaining to play, there are times where the unpredictable behavior is absolutely annoying. The most recent occurrence was on a par 3 vacuum cup game. The tee shot was perfect and even without the vacuum, the ball was slowly heading right for the hole. Then as it hit the hole, it was spit out, landing 10 feet away. I came within a hair of deleting the game because of this random program behavior.

Sound control issues
I turned the sound down on the app so I wouldn’t disturb anyone else with my gameplay. I turned the game on next time and cannot get any sound at all. I’ve tried various controls in the settings menu and nothing works. Help!
Video saving
Absolutely love this game, I just wish you could save videos of amazing shots. I love the replay function but you can’t share it or save it for later.
I also like (& dislike) that you can’t make purchases. It saves me money but extra upgrades would be awesome.
