I installed and signed up and didn’t get any credits as advertised in the description.

The ads aren’t available most of time so I have to keep refreshing. Took me awhile just to get 6 credits
Can’t earn credits
You’re supposed to be able to earn credits for watching a short video. I have literally tried over 50 times to watch a video, and was only able to view 5 videos. It continues to say “ No Video Available”. Not honest

Worked as advertised
I had to send a important fax….but just wasn’t feeling up to driving to the UPS store, I wasn’t feeling well. I came across this app and gave it a try…WOW it worked and the receiving end did get it. I wish there was more videos to watch…but I dont mind paying if I really need to get something out. Thanks

Used to be able to earn credits by watching a video. Credits could then be used to offset cost of sending a fax. According to the App, there’s still that option. But whenever I try, all I get is a message that says “Video not Available”. This has been for a couple of weeks. Disappointing.

$10.00 for no fax
Paid for credits over $10.00 worth to fax 25 pages. Fax never went through. Should have paid FedEx the $50.00 they wanted to purchased local phone line service.

Scams you into watching ad videos for “free credits” in order to fax, then stops providing you with ads right before you reach the required amount of credits to be able to send.
Only Photo / Camera images
Didn't see a way to fax a stored document such as pdf in file manager. Only option is to send a previously saved photo image, or allow access to device camera for the fax software to capture a photo to send. Odd, what if 20 pages to send, must take 20 photos?
Love the app & features
This app saved my behind when I had no access to a fax machine & was in a critical time crunch on a job. Thanks to this app, I was able to get it faxed over & submitted just in time!! Saved me several hundred dollars. A++++ app & easy for someone like myself to use & I’m very far from being tech savvy. Highly recommend

Only free 1st fax
This app is really only free your first fax you send. You’re supposed to have the ability to watch short clip videos for credits to your account for sending more faxes. Well, that only works once.
It costs 10 credits for each page of a fax you send. You also have ability to attach a “cover letter” to your outgoing fax, which is pretty nice.
The biggest complaint is the statement about this being “free” it really only is the first time like I stated. I’ve tried emailing about the issue. With 0 response.
I did notice that if you open the app about a month later you MIGHT be able to watch maybe a couple video clips for 4 credits.. LOL.

I highly recommend this product. It can send free fax.
Simple changes would make all the difference
Love the app, and the ease of sending faxes on the go. But I work for a company, and have a company card I’d like to put these credits on. There’s no option for manually entering a card number. Only Apple Pay.
