Cobro que no autorice
Cancele la suscripción antes de tiempo convenido y aun así me hicieron el cobro, ademas como ya me habían cobrado quise entrar a la aplicación que ya había eliminado y no me dio acceso!! Recomiendo NO TOMEN LA SUSCRIPCIÓN GRATIS, No les van respetar y les van a cobrar!! Muy mala experiencia
Upgrade no different than free app
I bought the upgraded app thinking I would get more. To my disappointment the upgraded app is exactly like the feee app. I want a refund!!!

I just purchased this and want a refund. Macros aren’t broken down. Serving sizes .. where are they? I can’t just eat all the neo friendly food! So I have to count myself own calories and break down macros myself? This is useless! Waste of money & shame on you that I can’t cancel right away. This isn’t for beginners for sure. Disappointed! No guidance

Wasn’t expecting to be charged. Says free
Can’t figure out how to cancel and get a refund. Thought you could try it out. Was just hoping to be able to explore the app. Instead charged me. No easy way to cancel either. Keep looking on app to be able to cancel and can’t find it. Most difficult app ever to be able to cancel it.
No support access. No meal edit option.
Not even ability to review my own profile. They don’t appear to exist on google.

Not what I’m looking for
I downloaded this app but found it wasn’t what I was looking for only after I paid $19.99 to even review how it worked. Would love a refund but no place to cancel. Also, once you pay unless you cancel they automatically charge you. BEWARE!

Cant enter your own food
I bought the upgraded app because it looked like a good way to track your macros. Once in the app, there is no way to enter your own foods. They have their foods and recipes built in, but you cant make your own. I tried entering my keto coffee and protein shake but it is not in their system, I tried entering my homemade keto sausage but again, the ingredients are not in their system. Disappointment. I want my money back.

You have to buy it to even see what this app is about. I canceled my subscription a few hours after purchasing it. It still cost $15. For the month.
Recipes are not for me. I don’t like avocado.
It’s very touchy the app. Watch what you press if you do get it. And you basically hardly eat anything, like know wonder they say “you will loose weight in the first week 😂🤦🏻♀️! I got this app as I wanted to learn how to start to eat by following a Keto plan. This one is horrible. Just YouTube it. It’s free that way!!

Easy to navigate but not great for very busy person
App seems easy to use. But it doesn’t work for someone that works 12 + hours a day . Lookin for refund . Can figure out how to contract the developer. ALSO I WAS OVER CHARGE FOR THE APP. Special offer was 29.99 and I got charged 39.99
